Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy for Coaching Sessions Dear [Client/Coachee], We appreciate your commitment to our coaching sessions, and we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring adjustments to our scheduled appointments. To ensure a smooth and effective coaching experience for both parties, we have established the following cancellation or rescheduling policy. 1. Notification Period: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the appointment slot to others if needed. 2. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 150 US dollars. This fee is intended to compensate for the time and resources allocated to the scheduled session. 3. Rescheduling Process: If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours before the original appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a mutually convenient alternative time within a week of the originally scheduled date. 4. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can happen. In case of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation. We will handle such cases with flexibility and empathy. 5. Failure to Attend: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the FULL session fee will be charged and the session will not be eligible for make up. This policy is in place to honor the commitment of time and resources made for your coaching session. 6. Communication Channels: All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated through sara@saravergnes.com AND text to your coach directly. Please do not rely on alternative methods to ensure the timely receipt of your request. 7. Exceptional Circumstances: We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are open to discussing individual situations.
